The Mentorship Process

Step 1: Initial Email Inquiry

Introduce yourself. If you were referred, include the referrer’s name.

Step 2: Evaluation Call

A 30 minute phone call to assess compatibility, intentions, and readiness.

Step 3: Initial In-Person Meeting

Approximately one hour to discuss the realities of professional dominance, boundaries, expectations, and lifestyle considerations.

Step 4: Ongoing Mentorship (If appropriate) 

Potential follow-up meetings, calls, texts, and sessions as mutually determined.
